Safety and Risk Management Issues
Lisa Hartman will speak at Gillette Stadium on May 15, 2013 at a one day extensive training hosted by NEAHMA, IREM and ARS on Safety and Risk Management Issues.  Her presentation cover best practices for proper accident investigation, safety self-inspection, risk transfer and claim reporting.

We evaluate and improve claim handling practices and devise strategies to bring complex claims to prompt, equitable settlements.

  • TPA Selection.  Manage the TPA selection process: draft requests for proposals, interview qualified candidates, create comparison matrixes and provide selection recommendations.
  • Expert Witness. Litigation support in connection with legal disputes requiring a claims expert.
  • Bankruptcy Asset Recovery. Pursue insurance asset recoveries and manage claim liabilities in the bankruptcy arena.
