Christina M. Kokinda, ARM

Responsibilities
Christina is a Principal of the firm. She develops risk management programs for real estate and construction clients, including developers, property owners and managers and a wide variety of retail, manufacturing, and transportation. With her in-depth knowledge of insurance procurement on a global basis, she helps clients evaluate and take advantage of the full range of risk transfer and insurance options available in dynamically-changing insurance markets for property and casualty, and executive risk coverages. Much of her client work involves some level of real estate or construction risk management in which she has developed a particular expertise. She is also a subject matter expert for the firm on addressing cyber risks affecting all types of clients through an overall design of complementary insurance coverages and contractual risk transfer strategies. Additionally, given the depth and scope of her experience identifying perils and reviewing insurance language, Christina counsels high-net-worth individuals and family offices on risks and mitigation strategies to protect their real estate and other tangible assets.
