Responsibilities

Matt is a senior consultant and serves as the practice leader for the financial institution and education industry practices.  He is also one of the firm’s subject matter experts in cyber insurance coverage and cyber risk transfer strategies.

Experience

 

Matt has a decade of broad insurance experience and has worked on a number of the firm’s largest accounts in a variety of industries, including real estate. Over his time at the firm, Matt has developed a particular expertise serving community banks, independent schools, including private, international independent schools, and colleges and universities. 

 

Matt performs a variety of services for his banking clients, who range in asset size, including insurance program audits, loan compliance reviews, and assistance with property, casualty and management liability insurance renewals.

Matt’s other industry focus is educational organizations. He conducts insurance audits for major colleges, universities, and independent schools and makes recommendations to improve coverage, address gaps in risk programs and shift liability to third parties. He has helped independent schools in Europe and Asia to establish their enterprise risk management (ERM) programs and has experience dealing with insurance markets in Asia and Europe.
