Matthew V. Wacks, ARM

Responsibilities

Matt works as a consultant on various client engagements. He has primary responsibility for several insurance and loan compliance client assignments and he serves on numerous client teams performing policy and contract review, examining property and liability risk exposures through historical loss evaluation, property risk evaluation, and performing insurance to value analysis.

Experience

 

Matt has over 13 years in the industry. Prior to joining Albert Risk Management Consultants, Matt spent his first 3 years at Marsh in a marketing and service support role on several Fortune 500 level accounts. He then spent 3 years as an insurance analyst for Walker & Dunlop, a large commercial real estate lender where he handled insurance compliance relating to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and capital market loans.
